Job summary

LOCK 11Q CASINO + RESORT is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, seat them promptly, and coordinate with waitstaff. The role includes cash handling and operating the POS register to ring up checks, with responsibilities for table upkeep and side work in a fast-paced dining environment.

Must be able to count currency and maintain good customer relations and communication. The position is inside with occasional outside tasks and exposure to smoke and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and return cash bank to Cage.
• Balancing of reports on shift.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed.
• Greet and seat guests.
• Direct waitstaff to their section.
• Ring up guest’s checks.
• Stocking of supplies.
• Pre-bus and bus tables.
• Take dirty dishes to the kitchen.
• Fold linen napkins.
• Complete side work.
• Other duties as assigned.
