Bartenders prepare and serve beverages with precision, an organized bar, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to an atmosphere that reflects professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. This position requires extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service while working collaboratively with the front and back of house teams to create memorable ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and proper cost control.Garnish drinks with precision and attention to presentation.Maintain speed without sacrificing quality.Verify all beverages leaving the bar meet presentation standards.Properly serve wine, champagne, beer, and specialty beverages.Bar OperationsSet up and break down the bar according to opening and closing procedures.Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.Stock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and supplies.Rotate inventory using FIFO principles.Monitor product levels and
