Job summary

Q Casino + Resort is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide currency for impress banks, jackpots, and guests. You will exchange cash, cash payroll checks, and process vouchers and gift cards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role requires basic computer skills, accurate money handling, and clear communication over hand-held radios. Training on internal controls is provided.

Qualifications

• Prior cash handling experience preferred.

Q CASINO + RESORTGuest Services RepresentativeBASIC FUNCTIONProvide guest service employees with currency for impress banks. Provide currency for Jackpots and completes table fills. Exchange and sell currency to guests. Cash personal checks, process cash advances and maintain check acceptance database. Redeems coupons, vouchers, slot tickets and table game cheques.
