You will welcome guests, seat parties, manage reservations, and support a friendly dining experience. Candidates must be at least 18, eligible to work in the United States, and willing to pursue the required Food Handler certification where required.

Overview

Location: Covington, TN and base operations in Pasadena, California. Dine Brands Global, Inc. (NYSE: DIN) supports and operates restaurant brands including Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar, IHOP, and Fuzzy’s Taco Shop. The company operates and franchises a large network of restaurants globally and focuses on growing iconic brands across markets.

We are seeking Hosts for all shifts (part-time and full-time) at our new Dual-Branded Applebee's | IHOP Restaurant. This dual-branded concept combines two iconic brands under one roof, serving IHOP breakfast items alongside Applebee's menu favorites. This restaurant will be company-owned and -operated, offering the benefits of being a Dine Brands team member.

Responsibilities

• Face-of-house responsibilities including guest seating, greeting, and reception/reservations duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.

Requirements

• Team-oriented with a passion to succeed
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Food Handler license and/or other certifications may be required depending on local requirements (acquired at your expense)
