Urban Egg in Colorado Springs is seeking a friendly Host to create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive. You will greet guests, manage seating and reservations, answer inquiries, and coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth dining flow.

This is a tipped position with earnings boosted by tips. The role offers opportunities for growth and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with emphasis on delivering outstanding service and guest experiences.

Competenze

Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
Hospitality experience preferred.
Friendly, approachable, guest-focused attitude.
Proficient with guest waitlist and other reservation system technologies.
Ability to manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional service.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Daytime and weekend availability.

The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Paid Sick Leave (Colorado)

Per the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act ("HFWA"), Urban Egg provides the following paid leave to all employees working in a Colorado-based location: Up to 48 hours of paid leave per year, for the use of a variety of health and safety needs. Team members earn 1 hour of leave for every 30 hours worked. Leave is paid at the same pay rate as time worked.
