Urban Egg is seeking a friendly, attentive server to join our elevated breakfast experience in Coppell, TX. You will greet guests, take orders, and relay them to the kitchen with enthusiasm, while ensuring memorable dining moments.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices.
• Strong communication skills with both guests and team members.
• Ability to learn and memorize menu items to make knowledgeable recommendations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic, tactful manner.
• Daytime and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Inquire about any specific food sensitivities or allergies at every table greeting
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any needs or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
