Responsibilities

• Greet guests and patrons upon arrival with professionalism and hospitality.
• Answer restaurant phone calls promptly and assist with reservations and take-out orders.
• Review reservation list and seat guests per preferences and guidelines.
• Escort guests to designated dining space and manage host stand/entrance.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, offerings, and service hours; update as needed.
• Support team to ensure high-quality service and hospitality across the dining area.
• Assist with clearing/pre-setting tables for the next party and maintain a hospitable environment.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies; follow safety standards.

The restaurant host also answers phone calls, records and processes take-out orders, and answers customer inquiries about the restaurant and the menu.
