Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• Experience using inventory management, ERP, or work order systems.
• Strong understanding of receiving procedures and inventory accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification preferred or able to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse functions including receiving, stocking, issuing, staging, shipping, returns, and transfers between hospitality outlets.
• Maintain inventory records through cycle counts, physical inventory, audits, and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, rotation, and handling of inventory.
• Lead, schedule, train, coach, and hold team accountable for productivity and safety.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and event logistics.
• Use inventory systems to document transactions and produce reports.
• Investigate shortages and discrepancies; communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning with inventory data.
