Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Support Lead/FOH Operations role for the Kohler Retail Shops in Kohler, WI. This full-time position requires working weekends and varying hours from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, onsite at Kohler Retail Shops.

You will train and supervise sales associates, drive sales, operate the POS, and assist guests throughout the day. Responsibilities include managing coverage shifts, merchandising, collaborating with buyers, and supporting store profitability with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong selling skills required.
• Merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Appearance and language should reflect Kohler Retail Shops image.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise retail sales team.
• Motivate the team to meet sales objectives.
• Operate POS and assist guests on the floor.
• Cover shifts as needed due to no-shows.
• Restock merchandise and maintain outlet cleanliness.
• Collaborate with buyers on product selection and displays.
• Prioritize tasks as directed by management.
• Lead in-store promotions and visual merchandising.
• Use Dataworks to provide monthly sales recaps.
