Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Supervisor for the Sheridan Distribution Center to oversee put-away, replenishment, picking, and inventory activities, directing a team of 20–50 associates.

You will partner with the General Supervisor to assign staff, maintain WMS data, and ensure safety and housekeeping standards. The role offers day 1 benefits and a bonus potential; salary range $69,650 to $105,850 with eligibility for a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; higher education preferred.
• 3+ years distribution or equivalent experience.
• WMS and SAP experience preferred; automation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise put-away, replenishment, picking, and inventory activities.
• Assign personnel to meet shipping schedules cost-effectively.
• Maintain and enter Warehouse Management System data.
• Train workforce to meet company and customer requirements.
• Prepare reports on safety, quality, delivery, cost and 5S.
• Assist other DC Supervisors as needed.
