Job summary

Levy, operating at Moda Center, seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely order fulfillment and accurate stock while developing the warehouse team.

You will lead safety initiatives, ensure OSHA and food safety compliance, manage staffing and scheduling, and collaborate with procurement to maintain service levels across the stadium venue.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse managerial or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating procedures.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory movements to prevent stockouts.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and inventory control processes.
• Lead warehouse safety initiatives and ensure OSHA and food safety compliance.
• Coach and develop warehouse leads and attendants; conduct reviews.
