Job summary

The Wilkinson Firm is seeking a Hospitality Training Manager to lead our internal training curriculum and transform our Gold Shield Certification into a profitable external training product. This hybrid role involves a unique combination of training development and execution, requiring experienced professionals with a strong background in hospitality training and curriculum.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in hospitality training or L&D.
• Former hotel F&B leaders or banquet directors preferred.
• Experience productizing training for B2B sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Captain School curriculum across all TWF markets.
• Train new banquet captains, event leads, and shift supervisors.
• Maintain Gold Shield Certification standards.
• Build external Gold Shield training products.
• Deliver client-facing training engagements.
