Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three+ years of training experience.
• Experience leading a team or projects.
• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of hospitality principles and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to organize and schedule work for training product development.
• Act as training SME for Hospitality Standards and provide recommendations.
• Stay current with educational and hospitality industry trends.
• Ensure quality delivery through classroom and field observations.
• Supervise and coach facilitators; conduct performance evaluations.
