Job summary

JetBlue seeks an Airport Operations Supervisor to lead crew and station operations, ensuring safe, on-time performance and high-quality customer service. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and coordinate with managers and partners to execute JetBlue's operational strategy.

This role requires strong English communication, leadership experience, and the ability to work variable shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of customer service or airline experience, or one year of JetBlue CEX experience.
• Able to stand continuously for up to four hours.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Ability to travel and/or work variable hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; this position is not visa-sponsorable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute safety and security programs at the station.
• Lead and oversee delivery of hospitality and JetBlue Promises.
• Resolve escalated issues with customers and crewmembers.
• Coach and train crewmembers, support development through feedback.
• Brief crewmembers prior to shifts and communicate shift information to crewleader on duty.
