Job summary
NELSON Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Technical Designer II to join our Hospitality Practice. You will contribute to construction documentation, design development, and drawing production across multiple hospitality projects including hotels, spas, and entertainment destinations.
You’ll support project administration and collaborate with the team to advance design through all phases. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with hospitality schemes and a strong command of Revit and AutoCAD,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and InDesign preferred.
- Deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Experience on Hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, spas, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing construction documents and specifications.
- Update design documents and incorporate red lines.
- Support field surveys and project administration.
- Prepare Addenda and Bulletin documentation.
- Plot/Prepare drawings for transmittal to consultants/clients.
- Maintain project records and electronic files.
- Assist with schematic and programming phases.
- Adhere to client standards and templates.
