Job summary

NELSON Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Interior Designer II to join the Hospitality Practice. The role focuses on design development, drawing production, and project administration across hospitality projects such as hotels, spas, F&B venues, gaming, and experiential destinations.

Qualified candidates will have Revit and AutoCAD proficiency and strong presentation skills. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in interior design/architecture, with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited University.
• 5+ years’ experience; or equivalent in Interior Design/Architecture.
• Experience on Hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, or entertainment venues.
• Public project experience with States, Counties, or Cities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys as required and ensure readings are clear and thorough.
• Assist in preparation of drawings for all design phases.
• Update design documents for all levels of designers.
• Prepare 2D/3D presentation drawings and renderings as needed.
• Participate in design charrettes and project team meetings.
• Attend client meetings and support the construction process (site visits, submittals).
• Maintain accurate timesheets and expense reports.
