Job summary

SONIFI Solutions, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager to grow the hospitality business across the Central U.S. This full-time role requires building a market, expanding accounts, and becoming a trusted partner to hotel properties and ownership groups.

You will own the growth strategy, manage pipelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet quotas and drive retention and upsell opportunities. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business or related field plus minimum of three years enterprise sales experience.
• Direct experience managing large customer relationships and multiple accounts with growth quotas.
• Experience selling hardware, content, and/or software within hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across the Central U.S.
• Own and manage the sales pipeline from prospect to close in Salesforce.
• Meet with hotels and prospects, deliver pitches, demos, and presentations.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships and coordinate with Customer Success for ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Implementations on targets and campaigns.
