• 3 years of experience in complex software implementation or project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and relevant technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on platform usage.
• Work with clients to configure software for their needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Support teams for seamless transitions.
• Identify and resolve potential roadblocks during implementations.
• Maintain detailed project plans and documentation.
• Provide feedback to improve software and implementation processes.
