Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality, people, and guest satisfaction.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work long or irregular shifts.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and move in varied temperatures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact, smile, and answer questions about the menu.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system, including modifications.
• Process cash and card payments, ensuring correct change.
• Suggest add-ons based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints with respect and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders according to specifications and condiments.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers as part of daily procedures.
