EYAS Hospitality Group is hiring Team Members to support the operation of multiple Burger King locations. You will join a team that values hospitality, integrity, and growth, contributing to a positive guest experience and smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work long/irregular shifts.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, squat, reach, and work in varied temperatures.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with eye contact, smiles, and menu questions.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system, including mods.
• Process cash, card, and other payments with correct change.
• Suggest items or combos based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints with respect and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders per specifications, with packaging and condiments.
• Keep work area clean and organized, including counters, dining area and restrooms.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
