EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee, is hiring Team Members to join a guest‑focused team. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, upsell, maintain cleanliness, and follow food safety standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Competenze

• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet guests with eye contact and a smile.
• Input orders into POS accurately and handle modifications.
• Process cash, card, and other payments with correct change.
• Suggest menu items and combos based on promotions.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and proper cash handling.
• Resolve customer complaints with courtesy and process refunds if needed.
• Assemble food orders per specifications and pack efficiently.
• Keep work areas, counters, dining room, restrooms, and exterior clean.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and perform daily cash handling procedures.
