Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with eye contact, smile, and answer menu questions.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system and handle modifications.
• Process cash and card payments; ensure correct change.
• Suggest add-ons or combos based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints with respect and process refunds when needed.
• Assemble food orders per specifications, including packaging and condiments.
