Formación

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with eye contact, smile, and answer questions about the menu.
• Input orders into POS accurately, including modifications and special requests.
• Process cash, credit card and other payments, ensuring correct change.
• Suggest additional items or combos based on promotions and orders.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints with respect and process refunds as needed.
• Assemble food orders according toSpecifications and condiments.
• Keep work area, counters, register, dining room, restroom and exterior clean and organized.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Count cash drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
