Transition Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Hospitality Team Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hospitality and reception team at Point72’s New York office. You will lead a 12-15 person team, ensuring guest experiences, conferences, and events are executed to the highest standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding, and developing service-minded talent, with strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and the AGM to align operations with strategic goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in events, facilities management, workplace experience, and/or hospitality management in a corporate setting.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, train, and develop a cohesive team of service-focused employees.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front-of-house reception and hospitality team including scheduling and coverage.
• Manage conferences, meetings, and events with high professionalism.
