Transition Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Hospitality Team Manager to lead the front-of-house and hospitality teams at the New York office. You will supervise a 12-15 person team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, conferences, and events.

You will recruit, onboard, train, and coach staff, building a high-performing culture focused on service excellence and accountability while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field.
• 3+ years of corporate events, facilities, workplace experience, and/or hospitality management.
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing a dynamic team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front-of-house reception and hospitality team schedules, coverage, and performance.
• Ensure seamless, professional experiences for employees and visitors.
• Coordinate with security, building management, and catering/vendors to support events.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new team members.
• Audit processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Support planning and execution of large meetings and company events.
