HMSHost is hiring an HR Coordinator at the Phoenix Airport F&B location. The role supports HR tasks including recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employment records, and airport badging as applicable. The position reports to the HR Manager, with confidentiality and proper documentation across HR processes.

The HR Coordinator will assist with new hires, administer pre-employment screening, coordinate orientation, and support training. This is a non-exempt, on-site position at the airport location.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents.
• Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motion
