Qualifications

• Experience supporting procurement operations and purchase order processes.
• Ability to verify deliveries against invoices, orders and specs.
• Strong attention to stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Comfort with basic tracking systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement operations: assist with purchasing materials and supplies, researching prices, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
• Process and verify deliveries: accept all purchased products, ensuring accuracy by checking deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications
• Fulfill requisitions: issue and deliver items to departments as requested, maintaining stock levels and noting low or out-of-stock items
• Process invoices: receive and process invoices, verify accuracy, scan documents, and follow up on discrepancies for timely payment
• Assist with inventory tracking: conduct routine inventories, input received merchandise into tracking systems, and report shortages or discrepancies
