Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, warehouse, or inventory processes.
• Experience in hospitality operations is a plus.
• Ability to work with invoices, PO matching, and inventory records.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and learning inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and inventory.
• Match items to purchase orders, invoices, and delivery docs.
• Identify discrepancies, shortages, damages or quality concerns promptly.
• Record and process receiving docs in inventory/accounting systems.
• Coordinate delivery distribution to hotel departments.
