Hilton is looking for a Purchasing and Receiving Clerk to support procurement operations, verify deliveries, and manage stock levels within the Hotels team in Indianapolis. You will help ensure smooth purchasing workflows, accurate invoicing, and timely replenishment of supplies to support guest experiences.

Aufgaben

• Support procurement operations: assist with purchasing materials and supplies, researching prices and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
• Process and verify deliveries: accept all purchased products, check against purchase orders, invoices and specifications.
• Fulfill requisitions: issue and deliver items to departments, maintain stock levels, notify supervisors of low/out-of-stock items.
• Process invoices: receive and process invoices, verify accuracy, scan documents and follow up on discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory tracking: conduct routine inventories, input received merchandise into tracking systems and report shortages or discrepancies.
