Job summary

Conrad Orlando is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our luxury resort's kitchen and dining areas. You will keep serviceware spotless and help ensure guest experiences meet our high standards of hospitality.

Daily duties include maintaining cleanliness, monitoring stock, assisting with events, and mentoring newer stewards while upholding health and safety regulations. The role offers comprehensive Hilton benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Hospitality/food service experience preferred.
Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks.
Attention to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils; scrub pots and burnish silver.
Monitor stock levels: Ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized for seamless service.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Perform cleaning tasks including mopping and trash removal.
Support events delivery: Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
Train and mentor team members: Share knowledge with new stewards to improve performance.
Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
