Responsibilities

• Keep serviceware spotless: Clean chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils; burnish silver.
• Monitor stock levels; ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: mop, trash removal, and sanitation.
• Support events delivery: set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Train and mentor team members to strengthen performance.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
