Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and glassware to maintain highest hygiene standards.
• Operate dishwashing machines and perform manual cleaning when needed.
• Organize and store cleaned items for easy access and smooth operations.
• Keep kitchen floors, walls, counters, and equipment spotless.
• Support culinary, banquet, and outlet teams by organizing equipment and supplies.
• Deliver clean plates, utensils, and essentials to kitchen or service areas promptly.
• Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste per hotel standards.
