Loews Coronado Bay Resort is seeking a dependable Steward to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in kitchen and back-of-house areas. You will wash and sanitize dishes, operate dishwashing equipment, and support culinary teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

The role requires physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items, with opportunities to join a renowned hospitality team at a waterfront San Diego retreat.

• Support culinary, banquet, and outlet teams by organizing equipment and supplies.
• Deliver clean plates, utensils, and essentials to kitchen or service areas promptly.
• Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste per hotel standards.

In this role, you'll ensure dishes, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for service.
