Job summary

Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, is hiring a full-time Steward in San Diego. You will wash and sanitize dishes, assist with food service, stock supplies, and maintain clean kitchen areas while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel stewarding experience is desirable.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, move, pull, and push moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to work AM/PM, weekends and holidays as required.
• Experience in a hotel/resort environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and utensils.
• Clean kitchen and cafeteria areas and equipment.
• Stock supplies in stations, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Properly dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Follow health department guidelines and safety policies.
