Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Tejon is seeking a Steward responsible for stewarding and cleaning operations to ensure dishes and silverware meet business needs. You will maintain departmental objectives, assist in inventory, and keep equipment in safe, clean condition while collaborating with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year progressive experience within the Stewards’ Department.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal/ communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows and maintains department objectives, standards, and guidelines.
• Assists in ordering and receiving non-food items for the Food & Beverage Department.
• Inspects equipment and ensures it is safe and clean per Hard Rock standards; requests replacements as needed.
• Maintains open communication with the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage.
• Attends meetings and completes follow-up tasks.
• Performs work regularly and predictably.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work and public spaces.
• Other duties as assigned.
