Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a dedicated Stewarding team member responsible for maintaining kitchen cleaning operations, washing dishes, and ensuring clean, ready-to-use tableware and silverware according to business needs. You will assist in the main kitchen as required and operate dishwashing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires at least 1 year in the Stewards Department, compliance with licensing/certification requirements, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year progressive experience in the Stewards Department.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleaning operations and sanitize dishes.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure adequate supply of dishes.
• Assist main kitchen with dish prep and upkeep of food lines.
• Inspect equipment and ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Stock and rotate food storeroom orders.
