Job summary

California Chicken Café is hiring for full- or part-time positions. You will take guest orders, handle payments via POS, greet guests, and deliver food to vehicles in a fast-paced drive-up setting. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements include 18+, fluency in English, and a Road to Success class within the first month. Prior restaurant experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must attend Road to Success class within first month of hire.
• 1+ years restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Must pass Food Handler course and test per CA state law.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and handle payments using the POS system.
• Greet guests in Drive-Up and deliver food to vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized restaurant and stock supplies.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and uphold company values.
