Job summary

California Chicken Café is hiring for a hospitality-focused role in the United States. You will organize and execute a wide variety of catering options, coordinate deliveries, and take orders via phone or in person.

You will greet guests, assist in drive-up service, and ensure a clean, well-stocked environment while upholding company standards. Role includes handling payments, delivering exceptional hospitality, and communicating any food quality or equipment issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must attend and pass California Chicken Café Road to Success class within first month of hire.
• 1+ years of previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Pass Food Handler course and test in compliance with CA state law requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Organize and execute California Chicken Café's catering options to ensure excellence in our marketing tool.
• Assist in coordinating deliveries using the delivery dispatching platform and drive-up service.
• Handle catering orders and inquiries via phone or walk-up, take orders, and process payments.
• Deliver guest hospitality, greet guests, and assist in getting orders to vehicles or drivers.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and stocked restaurant; communicate issues with food quality or equipment.
