Job summary

California Chicken Café is hiring for both full-time and part-time roles. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments with the POS system, and deliver food to drive-up customers. Maintain a clean dining and kitchen area while upholding our core values of hospitality and teamwork.

We seek friendly, energetic individuals with restaurant experience, English fluency, and a commitment to food safety. Training includes a Road to Success class and ongoing development with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass California Chicken Café Road to Success class within first month of hire.
• 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Friendly, upbeat and cooperative demeanor.
• Must pass Food Handler course and test in CA state requirements.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and handle payments using the POS system.
• Direct, greet and assist guests in Drive-Up and deliver food to vehicles.
• Greet guests with moments of humanity on arrival.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and stocked restaurant.
• Communicate any issues with food quality, equipment or environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
