Job summary

Reeco in Miami, FL seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise customers, drive adoption, and ensure measurable value from the Reeco platform.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Customer Experience, Marketing and Support to deliver an exceptional customer experience, lead strategic conversations and EBRS, and identify expansion opportunities to grow revenue. Travel 20–25% within the US is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise Customer Success or Strategic Account Management in B2B SaaS.
• Proven enterprise customer management, renewals, and growth experience.
• Strong relationships with executive stakeholders and clear communication.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive customer value.
• Experience with CRM and CS platforms to monitor adoption and retention.
• Customer-first mindset with proactive risk management and travel 20–25% in the US.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts with retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
• Develop account growth strategies to increase lifetime value within enterprises.
• Build executive relationships to align business priorities with Reeco's roadmap.
• Drive renewals, identify risks, and protect recurring revenue.
• Lead expansion across properties, users, products, and services.
• Collaborate with Sales to support upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews showing ROI and future growth.
• Use usage data and health metrics to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Support to deliver outcomes.
