Job summary

Stratus is seeking a Team Lead, Exterior Signage - Hospitality to drive project delivery and customer experience for signage programs across major hotel brands, management companies, franchise groups, and owners.

You will lead project teams, partner with design and procurement, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with brand standards. A background in hospitality, strong communication, and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project/program/account delivery on complex customer-facing projects.
• Direct experience supporting hospitality customers with brand standards and hotel service expectations.
• Experience leading project teams or professionals.
• Strong customer relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with exterior signage, branded environments, or construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution for hospitality signage programs, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations from kickoff through closeout.
• Build trusted relationships with hospitality customers across ownership and operating models.
• Coach, mentor, and support Project Managers and Project Coordinators; set priorities and resolve roadblocks.
• Tailor communication and service delivery to customer needs, from enterprise programs to single-property projects.
• Coordinate with design, permitting, procurement, manufacturing, installation, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor portfolios and provide status reporting and escalation to leadership.
• Serve as senior escalation point while protecting customer relationships and scope.
