Striv Designs is seeking a Hospitality Design Project Lead to guide active hotel design projects from development through procurement and construction coordination. This role suits an experienced interior designer ready to take greater ownership while staying connected to creative and technical work.

Lead schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, review drawings, and manage FF&E specs to ensure brand and ownership alignment. Join a team that values thoughtful design and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years (or more) hospitality interior design experience preferred.
• Ability to read and assess design documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Strong organization and follow-through with initiative to move projects forward independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, milestones, deliverables, approvals, and action items for hospitality projects.
• Coordinate with ownership, interior designers, architects, brand teams, contractors, vendors, and procurement.
• Track SD, DD, and CD submissions and address brand/ownership comments.
• Review drawings and specs for coordination and completeness.
• Coordinate FF&E specs, samples, shop drawings, mockups, and approvals.
• Lead routine design coordination meetings and document decisions.
• Identify schedule, scope, budget, and escalation needs early and raise to leadership.
• Provide procurement with approved specs, quantities, alternates, revisions, and delivery dates.
• Support value engineering while preserving design intent and brand requirements.
• Assist with model rooms, site reviews, installations, and design-related construction questions.
• Provide regular project updates to the Director of Design and senior leadership.
