Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a related field, including prior management experience.
• Experience in a hotel or related field is required, with a trade license preferred.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and project management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Maintenance staff and oversee the maintenance of buildings and grounds.
• Apply extensive experience in engineering and maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
• Evaluate and decide on actions quickly in high-pressure situations.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and guests.
• Work with financial data to support maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance requests, schedule maintenance and ensure regulatory compliance.
