Responsibilities

• Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins/reservations.
• Master of Midnight Math: Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure numbers are accurate.
• Guardian of the Glow-Up: Perform regular security walks to keep guests safe.
• The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Teamwork After Twilight: Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Proficient with Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
