Qualifications

• Must understand, read, write and speak English above a basic level to communicate with guests.
• Neat, professional appearance in line with company standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and work without constant supervision.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact and a warm welcome as they enter the dining area.
• Provide fast, friendly, professional service and respond to guest needs.
• Assist with seating and maintain set-up, cleanliness, and breakdown of the restaurant.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with standards and brand guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and cross-check with orders in POS.
