Qualifications

• Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English at a functional level to communicate with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact and a warm welcome.
• Provide fast, friendly professional service to hotel and restaurant guests and staff.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with standards and in a courteous manner.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition.
• Assist with seating guests and restaurant setup/clearing as needed.
• Use POS system and communicate effectively with management and team members.
