Job summary

Limestone BBQ and Bourbon in Delaware is seeking servers to deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The role emphasizes guest care, accuracy in order entry, timely service, and collaboration with hosts, kitchen staff, and management.

Candidates should be 18+, have 1–2 years of experience or willingness to train, ABC Certification - DE, and knowledge of Responsible Alcohol Service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1-2 years experience preferred, but will train.
• ABC Certification - DE.
• Knowledge of RAS procedures as defined by state and federal laws.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.
• Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage in conversation.
• Be knowledgeable about food and beverage options and present them informatively.
• Inform guests of specials and promotions and suggest items when asked.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and in proper sequence.
• Check IDs to ensure minimum age for alcohol service.
• Check in with guests for satisfaction and address requests.
• Handle payments accurately and process transactions.
• Bus tables and reset for the next guest.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and shift changes.
