Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated (tables, chairs, condiments).
• Place tableware and condiments on tables.
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish supplies as needed.
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all dining areas.
• Maintain menu presentation by keeping menus clean and updating chalkboards.
• Support wait staff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and bus stations.
• Close dining area by cleaning and tidying floors and removing trash.
