Job summary

Limestone BBQ and Bourbon in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking friendly servers to deliver memorable dining experiences. You will take, transmit, and deliver orders, ensure guest satisfaction, and work closely with kitchen and hosts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+ age, ability to pass ABC certification (DE) and knowledge of responsible alcohol service; prior restaurant experience is helpful but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1–2 years experience preferred; training provided.
• ABC Certification - DE.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.
• RAS procedures knowledge as defined by state laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and engage in conversation.
• Know menu and present options clearly and enthusiastically.
• Inform guests of specials and promotions; suggest pairings when asked.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and in proper sequence.
• Check IDs to ensure minimum age for alcohol service.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, practice proper food handling.
• Process payments and handle tips; support contactless payment where available.
• Bus tables and prepare tables for next guests.
• Complete shift changes, opening or closing duties.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
