Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC is seeking team members for server positions across its growing hospitality group. The role focuses on welcoming guests, taking and delivering orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, POS-savvy, and capable of multitasking across tables while ensuring excellent guest service. Evening and weekend availability is required; benefits and advancement opportunities are available for eligible

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1–2 years experience preferred, but training is available.
• ABC Certification - DE required.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.
• Knowledge of Responsible Alcohol Service procedures per federal and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and engage in conversation.
• Present food and beverage options informatively and enthusiastically.
• Inform guests of specials and promotions and offer recommendations.
• Enter orders accurately into the Point of Sale system.
• Assess guest IDs to verify minimum age for alcoholic beverages.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
